Going Deeper: Databases & Online Resources

Do one or both of the following:
- Take the time to explore one or more of the databases available to your school. Use the Database Exploration Checklist we used in class to "dig deep" into the database. Remember, the more familiar you are with the databases, the easier lab-time will be for you and your students!
- Take a quick look at ALL of the databases that are available to you at your school. Even if you don't have time to explore the databases in-depth, at least take the time to become familar with the databases' interfaces and their basic content (i.e. subjects covered and materials provided.) If you have questions about what you have access to, be sure to ask your media specialist.
